Straight Pipe Exhaust

HEY everyone i was wondering in general.. if possible ppl could tell me what they think of straight pipes ups and downs im running a 350 in a 1969 impala. im prbly just gonna dpo it temporaryly.. tell i can buy sum flowpro or flowmasters.. whatdo u all think about the idea..

its dual exhaust.

first, what are reasons for doing it? More hp, sound quality, fuel economy???

well i bought my car with stock mufflers 2ndly my exhaust its limited even more by being slighty kinked in sum areas 3rdly i have no money.. 4thly.. i belivve i can baffle it a little bit to silence it a lil bit... an old 50's trick or so i hear


so more power and sound doesnt matter alot too me.. but i think its gonna sound sweet
