that wont be a problem about length. so you think it is a better choice for the Avalanche over the BX1500?

Over the new line...definitely not. But last year's BX1500 vs. the CL1200...I'd only pick the Profile if I was really tight on money. I'd also look into the new --05 Hifonics line...basically rated power amps now

Koolness, will do. well first i have to get the idle problem fixed, agian. im just going to replace all the major vacume lines this time. and then make sure i have enough cash in the bank for insurance and gas. Maybe i can get a security system and an amp for my B-Day since the Ava should be here right about that time. I need to get to work on an enclosure plan.

i was gonna do 6.5 or even 7 so the port wouldnt take up so much space....but ill see what i can fit.

Well, the avalanche doesn't need that much...and if you can't work out something in 6 cubes with 90 in^2 of port...then you need to get more talent in designing (I can whip one up with cut-sheet in about 10-15mins )

I can do it, but im trying to make it look like i want it to. I have room for 10cuft gross. But id like to mount my Sub's amp on one side and my Mid/High amp on the other and have it meed the bottom of my rear windsheild. Id also like it to conform to the lip where the jump seats are, but the jump seats will be removed.
