CD wont load, and RCA in instead of out...

Just got and installed my new CD player,
Brand: ilo
Model: ca7296

CDs load like 4/5ths of the way then hang and a minute later are ejected, not binding on the outside...

Plus after I've installed my Preamps to the back of it, realized that my amp wasn't putting out much sound on my 12's and 6.5's
Looked for troubleshooting in the manual for the CD problem and found that the RCAs on the back of the head unit are actually RCAs in for XM radio... Damnit!

BTW the only thing in troubleshooting was press the reset button and if you have a CD inserted it will eject...

That doesn't help...

Your advice was right on the head but I had already done it before I read your post,

Thanks again,
