2 12W7's and 2 1000/1's sound, thats the cheapest for my budget


new setup might include, focal components, 450/4 jl, 2 12w7's, 2 1000/1's...

cheapest for your budget? exacly what is your budget for subs and amp, and what kind of space are you workin with

2 12w7s 2 1000/1's ummmmm for 1100 that's insanely cheap its gota be stolen or sumthin b/c a 1000/1 alone retails for a grand.

alright ill tell ya the story, i know people at Tweeter, well in florida its known as Sound Advice, hes trading in my Type X's i got from them and im paying the diffrence of the 12w7's which is im gettin the w7's for 550 each, and the 1000/1 im gettin for 749, the 454, is like free, cuz i told my dad to go get me a 454, instead he got me the 300/2's so its an even swap...

plus i dont pay tax, my dad has a tax card, because he is a dealer, he sells cars and all, so its like by mobile stuff for the business

i have never heard the 12w7's and i dont know if its worth the switch from the type x's.

wait thats 550 for each w7 which is 1100 750 for each 1000/1 thats 1500 so that would total 2600..... Save your money and get something that's better and cheaper. Like RE's XXX. What are you looking for SQ or SPL more?

lol no no no, all i need is 2 12 w7's and 1 1000/1 i dont need 2 1000/1s i already have one, lol.. im buyin it my dad helps me out alot..im lookin for for somethin like my type x's do alot good at... has some nice quality to it, and when i need SPL it also does pretty good at... just want somethin that gets louder...


oh and for the math part here genious...

cost about 1100 for the 12 w7's im trading the type x's in which i got them for 600 for both of them..so that 1100 goes down to 500 bucks, plus 700... thats 1200, okay so i was 100 bucks off, sorry..

ok gotcha. WEll it would slam pretty hard if you installed it properly, but 2 xxx's or Sx's would be better.

yeah i know where your commin from... but i got a 5 year warranty... my friend told me to go for the MT's, but i have been planning an install, ive mentioned the box sizes to you on aim a while ago... and you said they would be fine for the XXX or the Brahma.
