Is MTX any good?
Hi I am thinking about buying 2 MTX thunder 7500. And I was going to buy the 2 channel 942 watts MTX amp with it. I have a guy who wants to sell the amp for 150, is that good. Nothing is wrong with the amp, he just needs money. Well if anyone has any idea about MTX i would appreciate it, Thank you

It depends if you like it loud as hell, or accurate. I had 2 15" Thunder 8000s with a 1501D MTX amp, running 550 watts rms into each of the subs, and it was insane inside my Neon. Of course, it was only really good for rap and music meant for high bass. I would think it should sound fairly good, but I havent heard those subs before.

no, unless you are going with the extremely overpriced immortal subs, they are no good.
